Shay Martinez

Hi I’m Shay! I was born and raised in Boise ID and moved to the Magic Valley in 2011.

I moved to the Magic Valley with the expectation of one day leaving until I fell in love with Twin Falls and all it has to offer. Later down the road I was granted the blessing of two beautiful daughters. They’re the reason why I continue to  grow, learn and fallow my passion in what I love, Real Estate!

I have always had a desire for Real Estate since my early teens and building new connections through out my 10 years in customer service. That desire followed as I began to work with local builders in Southern and Northern Idaho. The experience of being a part of the NAHB, PWB and relocating away from family and friends gave me the insight and knowledge in the process of new construction and helps me identify each clients desires, needs, and how important it is to provide a support system in one of the biggest investments of their lives. I believe having a connection with each client is essential to building a sense of comfort, confidence and understanding the value of trust each client has within me during the process.

As a mom of two I continuously push myself to become the best version of myself. I enjoy listening to podcasts, working out, traveling, audio books, music, meditating and playing a good game of corn hole. I love stepping outside my comfort zone and watching others step outside of theirs. The joy you get from watching others accomplishing their goals is exhilarating. Not only do I look forward to gaining new clients but friendships as well.
